Cant Stop

The only thing that's somewhat worked for me is getting rid of devices and having a blocking configuration on my laptop that is near impossible to bypass, where even if I could bypass the configuration, it would be that much a hassle that it wouldn't even be worth trying.

I have tried other methods, so using willpower, trying to get out the house much more etc, and nothing has worked for me except getting rid of devices and having a blocking configuration that is near impossible to bypass.

But even the blocking configuration doesn't keep me 100% clean all the time, but it does keep my lifestyle much cleaner overall from porn and artificial sexual stimulation.

 

Well, I must say that in my experience it's because I also used a blocker almost imposssible to bypass that I got a huge anxiety problem that I'm currently dealing with.
It was making me not believing in myself in a way that I couldn't do it on my own and thus I couldn't get it out of my head
But if its working out for you that's great!
