    Hello guys,
    My name is Wael Khan, 28 years old, I was born and raised in Lebanon to a Pakistani father and a Lebanese mother.
    I'm glad to be here among all of you, I signed up 2 days ago, because I've reached a miserable level of chaos in my life.
    I totally lost control on my time, and I can't focus on any daily duties or responsibilities.
    To be honest, I realized my problem with Porn years ago, and I tried to recover and go clean for a while, and I succeeded in the 90 Days challenge before, but then I got busy and bored and didn't care about this problem anymore, due to hard life circumstances that I passed through.
    This is my 1st time here on NoFap website and I'm really motivated to try this new journey with all of you. Wish me luck and lets do this together!

    Welcome to the forums! If you've done 90 days before, you've proven to yourself that you have the desire to get over this problem.

    Consider making and keeping a journal in the journal section of the website/forum if you weren't already planning on it. It's up to you whether or not you do it, but a lot of people find it helpful to keep a part of the forum where they can regularly talk about what they're experiencing.

    This is your journey, so do whatever works best for you. Best of luck!
