Then she relapsed. Usually relapsing and being popular in NoFap don't go good together. One needs to handle this page with care otherwise it becomes an extension of your addiction and a way to get dopamine from getting likes

Right. That's why I'm trying to now just spend a chunk of time here once a day and that's it. I want to check daily to stay committed to the goal, but checking in all the time throughout the day is a sign that someone needs to get doing more.
