Using sex dolls for practice?

I call it as it is, any man who has to resort to a sex doll (unless there is a medical reason, disability) is pathetic

end of story there is no other way To spin it, it’s sick and deranged behavior that should never be encouraged

It's like saying you use fake weights to practice before using real weights. Or do running in a videogame before doing real running.

You learn about sex while having sex. There is no way around it

 

I think its a way of giving up. You give up on yourself as being good enough for a woman so you choose a doll that can not think or speak. Its unhealthy imo.

 

practice isn't even needed for a healthy guy lol. Its an excuse.

Absolutely, we all have more similarity than difference. But, we are all, simultaneously, different.

As well, much of the NoFap philosophy is incorrect. The mental health community as a whole, at least in the US, essentially is at odds with NoFap and its philosophy. And they, not NoFap, are the educated, licensed professionals.

 

As well... In their similarity (or sheepdom), most of the followers on this platform won't allow for any other possible way to solve these problems. Any other way, to these followers, is simply met with words like "excuse" or phrases like "it's just another way to masturbate, and then you'll never get out of this addiction".

These followers will even say these things in the face of someone's evidence or story of some other alternative that actually worked for them. Essentially saying, "if your evidence / success story is based in NoFap philosophy, then hell yeah man, you did it!" But if that success story is anything outside of Nofap, then it's "that hasn't worked at all, you're just making up reasons to make it seem like you're not failing". Lol.

It's absurd, as well as illogical, to think that NoFap philosophy is the only way to solve these issues.

Hell, it's logically far, far less absurd, and likely genuinely true, to say that NoFap is, paradoxically, the reason why so many need and continue to need help, and continue to come back to NoFap over and over again. Just look at all the many, many people who are always here, always struggling, always returning for more help, with the great majority of which never really getting all that far along in the NoFap "process" each and every time they are here (if they ever really leave at all).

How does a process, a philosophy, stand (erroneously) as "the way" to overcome this, when the great, great majority of its followers are constantly failing at said process and philosophy.

"Can't see the forest for the trees" is a perfect, encapsulating phrase for this.

Truths:

NoFap works for some.

NoFap doesn't work for most.

There are other ways that work.

The greater mental health community and their typical philosophy on how a counselor would treat a porn addiction is at odds with and literally nearly the opposite of most of the philosophy and processes found and espoused through NoFap.

 

Your friend cannot possibly hone his skills without real feedback from a real woman!! Seriously, did you all just forget that there is another human involved with sex and it's not just a thing to use for your pleasure?? Improving your lover skills MUST involve realtime feedback from a live partner willing to teach you, and you must be willing to accept it. Just watching porn and immitating what it shows will not please 99% of women because 99% of porn is made to only please the male gaze/ego. And just watching porn and playing with a doll will not make you a better lover--it will make you a terrible lover.
