My porn journey started when I was 7ish. When I started I was looking at women in bras. Then it escalated to softcore pornography. Then as I got internet it escalated and escalated to more and more hardcore stuff until I was looking at sissy/gay pornography.

I find that I’m still deeply attracted to women. But, can’t get it up like I used to or it doesn’t stay up. I don’t really enjoy sex but, I think this is pornography related.

I want to be successful with this nofap journey. But, keep relapsing around day 10 or so. I once lasted 20 days and saw a lot of healing. But, I ended up relapsing and becoming throughly addicted again.

I desperately want and need to be be free. But, how long does this take to beat it? (Fetishises, not my meat)

After 40 days I noticed that big parts gone away and that I regain big parts of my previous sexuality. This happened after I resisted the big urge after 30 days where I failed on my streaks before.

Are you interested in a telegram support group with guys like us who suffer from escalation and hocd?

Most of the severe ones have reduced substantially, moderate ones are lingering every now and again, and mild ones are still there. I take the latter to mean these are my “natural” fetishes and not porn induced, but time will tell.

I’m over 120 days for easy reference

That's hard to say man, a 90 day reboot would help a lot, most of the way even. That being said, I'm not convinced that simply not watching it will make it go away. If you think its ruining your life and a huge problem, I recommend seeing a sex therapist.

Do you know how a sex therapist could help? Which type of therapy they use etc

Which type of therapy they use depends on who you see, and what nation you live in. I do not have first hand experience so I couldn't tell you. The pro's know how to get progress done.

The longest I’ve ever lasted on nofap was 20 days. In that time whilst I did have huge urges. By the time I’d got there I was relapsed to straight stuff again. However, that didn’t last and after a while I found myself looking at gay stuff again

I think if I lasted 90 days I’d end up working myself out.

@Guyfaulx1605 to weigh in, my fetish addiction runs deep also, and runs in tandem to the P addiction.
I have regularly hit 20-30 days with no PMO, and its usually at this point that I have fetish porn related dreams. This seems to me to be an obvious symptom of craving that dopamine hit, but after this point as mentioned above, the 'fetish' urges tend to fade away. However, you do have to train your mind as well I think. For example I have a foot fetish, so I do try to actively monitor and check myself if my eye wanders in that direction.

Re: therapy, I had Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) some years back when i started my NoFap journey. It was very helpful to hit some realisations and get me going, but i am contemplating trying it again to continue the correction as, i'm still here 7 years later batting the same addictions.
