What do you do on your days off?

    What do you do on your days off? My days off are usually the moment I relapse because I have no car and have nothing to do. But luckily this past weekend I did not relapse.

    Days off I usually go to the gym, grocery, do some food prepping, maybe study something, listen to music, occasionally try and go outside and do something social like go to a bar, occasionally go to a church service

    Exercise, take care of as much as I can around house, meditate, get outside, sleep, text people I care about, connect with this group, read the words of the Buddha, drink coffee and play video games.

    Laundry and yard work usually. I go to the movies a lot too.
