    definitely two very contrasting sides to my personality one very hedonistic other spiritual to the point of being almost puritanical.
    need to set some goals that I want to achieve out of this that are specific, measurable, achievable and reviewable
    been reading the forum about 6 years NoFap. I really hope I have misunderstood the article because 6 years total abstinence is not something I think I can manage.

    Really? Actually the things we are abstaining from are harmful, self sabotaging behaviors that keep us tied to suffering and pain. Do you miss you suffering and pain? Do you miss brain fog, hardness to concentrate and the tonnes of time wasted...?
    6 years are nothing but a blink of eye. How about lifetime?
    ...as it concerns women even 180days would teach us a great deal of seeing them as the same divine souls only in the different from ours kind of the bodies and at the same time stopping us from ever seeing women from the standpoint of object of sex(and here I mean lust-as a desire for the excitement of our reproductive organs as the end goal of relationships). Yeah , it's a sad situation that our society(99.99999% of it) is in the lust and animal stage when it comes to the creation of children as well as addicted to the multitude of harmful addictions/behaviors. As someone has said-'It's not a measure of health to be well adjusted to profoundly sick society' and we here have an opportunity and start a new trend, and to walk the road in the new direction becoming role models for those who'll tread this path after us, showing them the benefits of our way of life and being live examples of changes in life that are possible...
