I hope someone experienced can answer this: how do you stop being aroused by seeing women?

As I said, I also wanted to do that and I managed to do it, I thought I was able to switch arousement On and Off but I just ended up having almost no motivation. The desire in blocking all lust was fueled by my OCD and lack of dopamine caused by porn viewing. My life energy drastically reduced. Beware of going that route, you might end up with no motivation as it happened to me, now I'm recovering.
