  2. Indeed it is! These symptoms must be examined by medical professionals.May be this thread will be useful or something like that?

Quick update from me: I made it to 24 months just two days ago. 24 months of no sex, masturbation porn, cigarettes and weed. Other things like videogames, amphetamines and alcohol even longer.

I still have a lot of symptoms but I definitely see progress. I am not disappointed that I am not out yet but rather more hopeful then ever to leave this hell one day. I am more than ready to live live once this over. I prepared myself for the times after PAWS.

The last 1-2 hours make me feel very calm and relaxed. Symptoms are mostly present but I feel an inner peace that everything will be alright.

No matter how much any of you guys are struggling, don't ever fucking quit. If I can pull myself out of this than you can do as well. The last two years haven't been easy but man I am so proud of what I achieved so far and don't worry. When I come out of this I am going to regularly gonna report back on my progress even after PAWS. I have seen to many people forgot where they came from once they are out. I won't.

  5. Life is not so good yet. I'm still battling with PAWS symptoms and Sexual Exhaustion. Tinnitus is a big one, brain fog, PIED, Anhedonia, and Agoraphobia plus more....

So happy for you man! Can you say more about the progress you’ve been seeing? I know even a few months ago it sounded like you hadn’t been noticing much improvement.

Really impressive @DerJogge you should be proud. Can I ask what your Orgasm frequency has been like throughout your reboot? Have they been regular or not often?

    Thanks guys!

@UWSDave it's like a slight nuance of progress in many areas. Social activities actually start to become fun and I don't overthink or cancel them anymore. I'm actually motivated to do more things that involve other people, in fact I am craving social activity. My social anxiety when I'm with other people is barely existent anymore but still present when I'm on my own, but this also improved. I also feel like my outlook on life slowly gets more positive, this could be due existential problems slowly fading away or me making progress, or both. I'm also having more moments were I feel alright and okay compared to 24/7 hell before. But don't get me wrong I'm still in the midst of symptoms that like derealisation, brain fog, low energy, exhaustion, depression, anxiety, tinnitus, visual snow and so on. Those are pretty much there 90-95% of the time but not like 99,5% of the time as before.

@mentorr I don't know if I understood your question right, but I didn't had any orgasms throughout the last 24 months beside having wetdreams every 7-14 days. Before those 24 months I only had sex the whole time and I don't remember how often that was. Back when I was a regular masturbator I think it was like 10-14 times a week.

I'm really proud of you man. It's an inspiration, and one day I will get that 500+ day badge, then to 24 months, and beyond.

I wish there was a "like" button equivalent for "I sympathize", because "like" makes it look like I like your current situation, which isn't correct. Hang in there dude.

I'm in a similar situation after 27 months of no PMO. Progress is real but very slow and symptoms numerous.

Great stuff @DerJogge you should 100% be proud of yourself, what a solid achievement. I’m looking forward to the day that you make it out of this thing for sure.

It all feels like a bad dream. I never knew I was killing myself slowly when I became addicted to masturbation. I didn't know recovery would be so tough. And by the time, I woke up, everything started changing so much. Covid, vaccines and all that shit. Big Pharma is in full swing now. Food is stuffed with pesticides. Number of diseases are rising. More censorship is coming. Makes me feel depressed to live in such a world. This is indeed Kali Yuga and it will only get worse.

I’m on day 41, PAWS is hitting me really hard. I have extreme anxiety brain fog feeling extreme stressed and restless, heavy insomnia.
I am taking Benzos at the moment for treating my withdrawal symptoms but it‘s not so good taking benzos in long-term because they make you also addicted.

I am looking for an alternative to Benzos because without medications I can‘t handle my withdrawals.

There is no alternative if you ask me. Withdrawal means facing the pain and enduring it. I went through multiple withdrawals and if you want to recover sustainable then you have to take the hard way.

Hm yeah I know what you mean, I tried a few times but I relapsed again and again, and so my withdrawals become so strong that I kinda need some medications..
On which day are you currently? And do you still have withdrawals?

    "Masturbation can make you blind!"
This was always something that was dismissed as untruthful or myth by modern science or should I just say Big fucking pharma, but I'm on the road now where I can see the true effects of masturbation. Even if you have left masturbation, do not expect any recovery until you get your digestion right. Blindness probably happens because of inflammation of nerves and all the extra heat in the body (called Pitta Dosha in ayurveda) and bad digestion. So get yourself together lads before it's too late. All these supplements would barely save you! Ojas takes years to build up.

  19. There are Benzo forums talking about withdrawal symptoms from it. It produces almost the same effect as pmo fromnive read. I'd be careful about taking benzos.

  20. Re: benzos

I would strongly, strongly, STRONGLY advise against this. If you get hooked then there is a possibility in the future of not only going through PAWS a second time but also dealing with the pains of withdrawal as well.

Four and a half years ago I got sober from alcohol, withdrawal was the most excruciating thing I have ever had to experience in my 40+ years on this planet. PAWS is bad enough, acute withdrawal is next level hell on earth.
