If you begin your journey today, you'll have completed 90 days until New years. You'll enter 2022 with a new perspective on life, you'll be able to control your urges and emotions more easily and therefore you're more likely and easily to set a 2022 resolution to go for another year

I am addicted to Pornography. I realise now that how addictive this drug it. You can go on for hours and hours and hours for what?? Like literally for what???. I dont think it's the addiction that is hard to quit, it is imagining a life without Porn that's the hardest part! That is why when you are in this journey with someone who is free from this drug, and that he can show you that you can be free too, dealing with widhrawals and discomfort is a piece of cake!

I dont think life is hard! You're just surrounded by wrong people! Even the hardest things when surrounded by the right set of people, it just becomes your normal way of living!

I want to thank the nofap community for trying to change the lives of millions of people!

Also, one important thing. I have been reading a lot of people posting their relapse reports on this forum. I think people really mistake what this forum is made for. This is a "support" forum not a "failure report forum" Seeking support from this forum means when shit gets Hard!, maybe you had a rough day, maybe you fought with someone, then you come to this forum to seek support to get you back on track but what i am seeing and i am guilty of it too is that people relapse and then come and seek support and start making excuses to why they relapsed! This is a very very wrong approach to freedom and seeking support in general. It's like someone skipping gym sessions so frequently and telling his trainer to accept his excuses and support him.

How in the hell are we justifying our relapse after just 20 days!! No my friend, you didnt relapse, you gave up and you should accept it was your fault and learn to take accountability on your relapses, stop blaming your urges, your dopamine, your electronics and so on. You dont go to your trainer and say "sorry i couldnt make it to the gym today because there was heavy traffic", You go to your trainer and say "sorry i couldnt make it to the gym today because i didnt prepare my gym clothes earlier today so i got out of my house late and got stuck in bad heavy traffic, it was my fault, i shall be careful next time! THAT IS ACCOUNTABILITY

Relapse is only accepted when you take blame for your own relapses and not because you had a strong urge. I think everyone here is aware of the their addiction cycle, their triggers, their downfalls and whatever works for them. It's about time we use this SUPPORT forum what it really is!

Sorry for my harsh words at the end. It was also my way of being accountable and dropping facts about this. If you want to win this battel

    • YOUR WHY!!
    • You need to want it FREAKING BAD ENOUGH
    • Use this support forum what it really is
    • Get rid of social media
    • Develope healthier habits
    • Most importantly: FREAKING PATIENCE!!!

  19. I'm currently trying to recover from stage 3 adrenal fatigue, therefore I'm trying to reduce stimulation as much as possible. When I cut off all sources of dopamine including PMO, after a few days I feel miserable both physically and mentally. Is this normal?

I'm on day 21 of NoFap and not watching porn... I had started on 16.8 but i relapsed on the 16.9, so i did make a 1 month streak which for my standards was the best so far, but now i'm close to another month of no Porn or masturbation and i was so ashamed of my relapse that I cant stand the thought of feeling that guilt again! I have also suffered for a long long time with PIED and the thought of that happening again is agony so i have made a decision to change my life and never masturbate or watch porn again. 21 days going strong, LETS DO THIS!
