Why do men solicit prostitutes?

I don't think there's an exact archetype because there are many people from many professions who pay for tricks.

Here's the analysis

Need for sex, availability, and cost.

Getting a prostitute is easy. You don't need to seduce them, you just need to have the cash.

Prostitution in countries where the practice is illegal are always the biggest beneficiaries and all professions and stations partake.

Mechanics use prostitutes.

Doctors use prostitutes.

Hell even police use prostitutes.

Research people going over to Thailand and other poor countries to use their prostitutes. There's no rhyme or reason other than the want for easy sex.

 

And for this reason I don't see why it's much different than porn addicts.

 

It's sugar water.

 

Because sometimes their wives dont want to do things prostitutes are willing to do, for example, some wives dont want to give blow jobs. Some do it to live out their sexual fantasies, for example they want to do trios for example.

 

Also anyone can be a prostitute.

All you have to do is just wake up one day and decide to take a tenner for a handy.

It's like being a thief, it's not a difficult profession.

 

For straight men it is harder to be prostitutes I think, most prostitutes are female.

 

Demographically it's typically females.

There's also a large demographic of them being enslaved to, especially at massage parlors.

 

I can give you my example. I go regularly (1-2 times/Week) to a prostitutes

• Living in Germany
• 35 years old
• Profession: Mechanical Engineer
• earning good money

Why do i go to prostitutes?

• single
• not attractive enough to get an attractive women
• no motivation to invest time and effort to get more attractive or to get a women

So in result i want sex with real women but not able to get.

Im not raping the women, i pay them money and they have sex with me. And please dont believe this bullshit, that all prostitutes are drug addicts or are forced by someone.
The women i go to are selling sex because it's much easier to get money. Attractive one are earning 10k €/month. They prefer this fast money rather than a "normal" job like working at a supermarket, where they get only enough money to pay their daily bills.

Would i got to prostitutes, if i would get sex by a relationship or casual sex via tinder? Sure not...

So what is in your opinion the problem or why am i a bad person?
I have the same desires like all men in the world. But not all men are able to get sex from the women; not everybody in the world i Brad Pitt. So what is the correct behaviour? Struggle and suffer with my desire? Why should i make my life harder than it used to be?
If an attractive men is using tinder to have free sex with women, then he is a hero.
If a not attractive men is paying women for sex, he is an disgusting monster.

I don’t totally agree. The worlds richest also engage in prostitution on a very high level, even self made men.

Cause of porn, prostitutes and so on, many men (also me) don't need to become the best version to satisfied the desires.

But why should i become the best version of myself? What if i am happy with my current version and just want to enjoy my life?
Why should my life be an neverendless fight?

You know, it's like the story of my boss at work. He is in my personal view a real alpha men.
He is attractice, trained, six pack, really social and confident, has a big house, nice sport car, earning a lot of money, has a beautiful wife and three beautiful daughters.
I admire him and wish i had the same like he has. But you know what? I also recognized he is not getting all this thinks by accident.
He is really working hard. Trains body 6x times / week, coaching a soccer team, goes in conflict and approaching people daily, has a stressful job where is fighting 10 hours a day...
I don't want to put the same effort like him and prefer using the easy way.

Those were all insightful and touching. Not sure how much I believe about the middle guy, Bob, but the rest was cool to watch.

 

Lonely, and sometimes so absorbed in our sex culture to think that we can just pay a human to be a sex partner. Which is true. People that think they 'need' to ejaculate? Feeling powerful?

 

A very German analysis. It makes sense, but I do worry about the psychological stress that women have from being 'intimate' with so many men.
It must be quite a hard job, and it's never going to be women who are from happy families or communities.
I don't think it should be banned, but I don't think it is what people (the girl or the customer) really need, although if people are poor they will do things they don't want to do.
I would be so unhappy if my little niece became a prostitute when she grows up.
