Hello everyone, I am a 26 year old guy who has been struggling very very very much past year with porn use. Since I have been living on my own tue urges are through the roof because of boredom. But I am done with this shit, I have been on a 480 day streak before I got an apartment for my own. I need to get myself together and follow the nofap path of light again! Can someone help me or give me some advice? I would apprdciate it! Tomorrown day 0 and lets go for a full year !
