    Alright guys I'll be making a journal of o my 30 day semen retention journey. Today Is day 1 and I feel shitty, sluggish, unmotivated. The first 3 days are always the hardest. I relapsed at day 9 last week and all my benefits are now gone. So I gotta start again from scratch.

    On day 20 I had tremendous mental benefits and I threw them away on day 24.
