That's no different from a nocturnal emission, you didn't masturbate, or watch porn, your body just decided to get rid of the sexual energy in its own way.

You haven't relapsed imo, if you want to control the sexual energy no need to look up yoga women, just do this.

Focus on the point four fingers below your navel, and relax your mind and body. It's that simple, the point is called the Dan Tien and will balance your sexual energy.

In the future, learn to keep your pelvic floor muscles and prostate relaxed, you can only ejaculate if they contract, but even then you haven't relapsed in the usual way.

Just as we learn to not pee our pants, you're going to learn how to not ejaculate on autopilot, it's a skill that will take time.

I've had nocturnal emissions during night, they're part of the journey for some, I'm on day 78 and I've had a nocturnal emission every 20 days so far.

Between 23-24, 43-44, 63-64, this time I'm ready and will do everything in my power to not have a nocturnal emission the night between 83-84.

 

After 120 days you know you could've pushed out a whole lot more than you did, so you're fine, stay on the journey and don't sweat the small stuff, you'll never be successful if you beat yourself up for the smallest mistake, nobody is perfect.

I think you should define what a relapse is exactly, if you had sex and busted, would that ruin your streak? Probably not unless you're doing hard mode, you would only count a relapse if p and m happened before o.

 

In my opinion if you cum accidentally within seconds I wouldn‘t consider it as a relapse, but if you became lustful and forced an ejaculation by triggering yourself then I would call it a relapse yes.
