Hey guys. Hope the war on Fap is Faptastical!

My story is really troubling concerning the Nofap... I originally found out how fucking horrendous porn was when I lost my virginity two years ago.. I Couldn't stay hard,.... her vagina felt like nothing and I couldn't orgasm. It was a shocker on so many levels overwhelmed I had no idea what to do... I felt ripped off, I felt disgusted and quickly saw PORN as the devil. Since then I have had a tumultuous time with life and women... So I was not able to actually commit to Nofap. MY previous record was 30 days...

This time shall be totally different.. I am older, more experienced, more wise, ambitious and I HATE FUCKING PORN MORE. This shit ruined my life! it ruins countless young men's and subsequently women's lives... this shit is evil and got to go.. I want to live the human way.. When i see a woman I don't want 2 see tits and ass.. I Want to see a beautiful feminine energy.... I want Man/woman 2 care for each other again.... I Am certain with destroying the demon that hides in the internet we can, and we must! For ourselves and our children...

I Have read from various spiritual eastern practices... that when men keep their vital energy instead of expelling it they get tremendous energy... I See this right away, as I am a martial artist and athlete. YOur spiritual force is stronger everything is better.. I KNOW I can do this with no porn.. but fuck I Need help for not 2 relapse too it.. I Almost did yesterday! It took all my will.. coz I was depressed abt sumthing. Damn; ultimately my goal is never to fap ever ever ever.. and only release my sperm when I am having sex with a beautiful lady... I wanna know how it is to be normal... Like when we grow up nature didn't program us for this. We are supposed to find a woman and make love.. Not watch movies of other people having a private sex act... and masturbate ourselves till we orgasm??? WOWWWWWWWWWWWWW SO SICK!!! HOW did this shit become normal??? FFS!

Help me my friends, so I can be fucking Heracles in the gym , an unlimited fountain of vitality! AND have a nice family with these values some day... and one day the world expels this disease of filthy rotten debauched porn..

Hey Christopher,

You are so right, man, about the total evil of porn and masturbation. You have already had a nice long clean streak of 30 days. There is no reason why you can't do that again, and more!

First off, I suggest you take some time and write down all the reasons you can for quitting PMO and MO. Be specific. Review them often.

You are entirely right---we were not created to misuse our sexuality. From the beginning, a man and a woman are designed to express their mutual love only within the context of a permanent, faithful, committed, and fruitful union. Anything other than this is a misuse of our gift of sexuality.

Some questions for you to consider:
Do you use your phone or computer to access porn? If so, can you put blockers on them, or use them only in public places in your house?

Do certain internet sites have temptations for you? If so, will you delete them--all of them?

Do you have folders of saved porn, and if you do, will you delete them entirely?

Do you get daily exercise to help use up energy you normally would use for PMO?

Do you take cold showers to help reduce your lust and clear brain fuzz?

Do you stay up at night after everybody else has gone to bed?

Do you go to bed when you aren't tired enough to go right to sleep, leaving you with time on your hands?

Do you see hot women and allow yourself to fantasize about them?

Do you boot out of your head any porny thoughts or images as soon as you become aware of them?

Do you have a plan of things you can do if you are alone at home, or start getting urges?

Do you commit yourself to keeping strict control over your eyes and your imagination?

Christopher, it is terrific that you want to be a strong, vital man in the gym. Go for it! Now, you can add to that a clean, honorable Man by fighting harder than ever before against this PMO monster.

Set yourself a goal for this site: most guys go for noPMO--- no looking at porn or porn substitutes (like girls in lingerie or bikinis), and no masturbation to the point of orgasm. Most will not edge, either.

Then, choose a length of time to aim for. While we all want to make our goal "forever," I suggest you aim for AT LEAST 90 days, but break it up into smaller segments, like 9 goals of ten days each. That way, as you achieve each goal, you get a little dopamine boost, nine times over the 90 days.

We are your band of brothers, Christopher. We help each other. Post here often. Read a lot of what the guys write. It will help you.

You already know this is one helluva fight. Our biggest for might not be the porn itself, but discouragement. Never let it beat you.

Nice post man. Im sure this advice will come in handy.

I actually made sure i have no internet.. delete all my porn last month. Definitely... I am working on not looking at slutty women's asses as they expose themselves hanging out of their undies.

Still though.. I Dont think it would be natuyral to completely discard desire for a woman... IM trying to force myself to look at their faces... not stare at their ass.. IF I look for a sec i think its normal.. but not 2 overdo it... Then would be thinking about porn and doggystyle.. etc... I happen 2 think women are really beautiful and its natural to look at them... NOT in a lsutful way at all.. Just a joyful way.. I Don't think there's a word for it at all.. You know when a woman pass u by and u both smile? Just because you feel something ? I am sure that is good energy... The essence of why the two sexes come together. =)

First off, it's great that you are protecting yourself from any deliberate porn.
And I also agree with EVERYthing else you say here!
It is very normal and natural for a guy to look at and appreciate the beauty of a woman.
Oh yes, in a joyful way. As a man of Christian faith, I too believe that women are God's great gift to men and to the world. And they have more than just physical beauty.
Getting rid of porn means each man does it for himself first, till every guy jumps on board. Not only have you taken steps to block "outside" porn, but you also are trying to keep yourself from creating "inside" porn by not indulging in sexual fantasies about any woman. Good going, man!
You, your future wife, and your future children will be the big winners as you make yourself into the noble Man you are!

I appreciate your encouraging words =). It's really refreshing that someone who is christian can even admit that We can look at women and appreciate their beauty in a pure way. Jesus I always respect and love him for what he did here. I love that time he said "he who even looks at a woman lustfully has already sinned against her in his heart". So true! If I have one eye that is impure i shall have it plucked out, for it is better to have one good eye than one bad eye and one good eye .
