I am a teen and I used to fap daily twice. 10 months ago I decided to quit. Now I am on day 45 of semen retention and day 19 of no PMO.
My highest streak was 60 days. Change your mindset, anyone can do nofap with right mindset. Just think about how weak your willpower and body control is that you even cannot control your urges.

Yes, the more porn you induce, the weaker your control over this addiction gets. If someone else helps you either install a blocker or take your device away, then it’s a lot easier to avoid access to porn than if you had your computer stuck in your room with unlimited access. Trust me, I know what I’m talking about, because you can’t handle willpower alone, as I went through it before just like you.
