    Sorry I've not been active on here this past week, I was very distracted and I took my eyes off the ball. However I am back again and ready to carry on with the daily practices. I will report back tomorrow. I hope everyone is keeping well

    90 Day Reboot Complete!!!!!!
    No Porn and Masturbation for 3 months.
    Just the fact I've done this, gives me confidence. It's made me think, that someone as ill-disciplined as me just did this. I have some level of discipline!
    It's been had a hard 3 months but a few ultra-valuable life lessons.

    In this time:
    -completed the course for my career change
    -got a job offer in the role I want
    -kissed a beautiful laydeeeee! (1st time since 2016)
    -taught my niece how to play football/soccer --> I'm her favourite uncle (hehe)
    -figured out how to get a good night's sleep

    TBH I'm still a mess of a person but I feel like I have my framework for success:
    -discipline
    -routine
    -environment

    I'm going for 180! that's 3 more months of NoPMO and the above. I know my confidence will shoot up.

    90 DAYS BABYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!
