    According to me nofap is nothing if you sit idle and think " thank god i am not watching porn ". Then you are simply wasting your age. The pmo has changed your life into land, which was once nuked with 1000 atom bombs. So don't sit idle and think. Oh god no more atom bombs, instead plant some plants in that land and slowly build a garden.

    The porn is an escape from reality. If you quit porn then 3 weeks needed to be free from porn shell and meet the real you. Like you have to unwire first and then only you can rewire your brain. So be patient for 3 weeks and meet the real you and 7-8 weeks needed to settle the DeltafosB in brain.Only aftet this the real rewire will start. So by calculating, after day 60 ( average ) only the rewire will start. So be patient.

    It's ok, I was watching it for 12 years and tried to quit for 8 years, my longest streak before my current one was 12 days in 2014.

    My current streak is 79 days.

    All you need to do is learn techniques for overcoming your urges, relax and let go of fear, learn to be present, I'm only focusing on day 79, don't look ahead, just focus on conquering today, keep learning everyday and work on yourself to become more disciplined in all areas of your life.
