Is it even possible to get completely rid of porn?

Instead of making big life changes in short, unsustainable bursts, make small changes and choices every day that start to better yourself. Much like how porn addiction is not cured by a week of hard concentration (especially when followed by relapses), living a productive and fulfilling life takes years of preparation and discipline to cultivate.

While quitting porn is a must, focus on small, easy goals at first, like making your bed, getting light exercise 30 minutes a day, and socializing at least once a week. Sometimes the things you dislike most are the things you absolutely must do.

Think of your life as a big boat, one which has been put significantly off course. Instead of trying to forcibly turn the whole boat, leading to fishtailing and unstable cycles, make small turn everyday. It may be tough to see, but overtime, you will have solid trajectory; additionally, with consistent little turns, it becomes harder to completely lose track of your overall path.

Human beings have been to outer space, the bottom of the ocean and on the surface of the moon, of course it's possible. Is it easy is another question.

I think your goal is less atainable than being completely sober from porn.

You want to carry on watching porn, but controlled ? And hope it doesnt ruin your life ?

Goodluck. All I can say is, life without por....you will always be far more productive than with porn.

My thought would be to simply (actually not so simple but that’s a huge topic) stop using porn, rather than imagining a different amount of horniness. Sexual drive is natural, hard to pin down. However complicated the subject of porn addiction is, knowing if you’re staying on track is pretty simple. You’re either using or you’re ot.
