Does staying away from porn solve problems? or do you need to solve them to beat porn?

    Does staying away from porn solve problems? or do you need to solve your life problems to beat porn?

    Some might make the argument that it is not necessarily staying away from porn in it of itself that is doing the trick for us but it is the fact that we are incorporating better life habits like exercise and getting a job/working hard.

    What do you guys think?

    I think the second, the use porn it is the effect and the problems are the cause.

    It's necesary to confronte the problems to solve it.

    You need both, first create distance and then work on yourself untill you're no longer the same person who was once addicted.
