    THANK GOD FOR PERMANENT HELP...
    After 90 days, I now have two incredibly important features.
    One is the growth of my muscles and the other is the attention of women and their respect for me.
    Women who had not even looked at me before.
    today when I walk in street , a woman say hello to me and She smiled at me.
    this was new in my life.
    my muscles is growing without any practice or exercise , and this is very amazing.

    I wonder If you've had any wet dreams during the 90 days or not.
    I'm into my day 51 and had 5 wet dreams, not sure if they are ruining my benefits of attraction or not.

    I had 3 time wet dreams but very little semen.and However, these benefits emerged.
    I understand that if I am aroused during the day or if I am arousing myself, I will have wet dream.

    today i call to woman that was my DR.
    He has known me for ten years and has heard my voice many times.
    Today was the first sentence he told me how good the sound was.:emoji_astonished::emoji_astonished:
    Am I dreaming ??
    No that is benefit of semen retention.

    My voice was shaky and insecure before pmo and not loud.
    The listener felt that my position was weak and shaky and did not listen well to what I was saying.
    i dont anything and I feel that God has strengthened the power of my soul ...

    I used to do 30 pushups every day about 6 years ago and my chest didnt increase . now with my long streak my tailer measure my chest and it increased like 1.5 inch in 2 months with on and off 20 pushups . the muscle growth is insane

    :emoji_thinking:like how much? You sure there isn't any lifestyle change you made besides retention causing this?
    I don't want to doubt you, and if it really worked I'm happy for you but for starters reading about all kinds of benefits and then not experiencing themselves it might be a bit discouraging.

    The muscles in my arms were not stiff before nofap and were weak.
    I do not do any sports other than walking, and I did not do any.
    But this change in the arms was so obvious that for the first time during sleep, I suddenly touched my arm and felt the volume tighten.
    I often do not wear T-shirts :emoji_shirt:because some people make fun of me for not having any muscles!
