Because p is increasing my risk of MOing and this vicious painful cycle and this destroy my all improvements.
In my opinion P plays with your brain and it destroys brains slowly but MOing plays with your body and little bit with brain too. So if you are only abstaining from MOing not from P then it will give you physical strength but mentally you will suffer and Watching P increases your risk to go again to MOing because it is a cycle.

Might need to reset? I went to bed last night and fell asleep, but at some point I woke up and started M’ing for a minute or so. I don’t know if it counts because I wasn’t fully conscious. What do y’all think? Either way, yesterday was good, I kept myself busy doing adult things like looking through my bank statements and meeting with a friend for dinner. Good day.

And like fishing, edging, looking at beautiful girls all contributes to Start watching p these things triggers man to start watching p. So fellows be aware of these trigger points.
When urges increase try some techniques to avoid them and don't skip your daily workouts, meditation and cold shower these 3 things must be involved in daily routine because very helpful..

stop everything right now. your inner balance is your top priority now. breathe bro, and relax, then talk with yourself, be honest, then relax a bit more, do some stretches and walk, release energy but be gentle with yourself now.

only resume normal activities when you´re more stable. i hope this helps :)

it´s hard to say bro. do as you please. in my opinion, i think it´s better for you to reset. that way you´ll tell yourself that even half-conscious states of masturbation are not allowed.

    Checking in Fellowship!! :)

Thank you so much for your support, it means a lot to me. truly.

what i learn in this relapse: be gentle with yourself, it´s better to plan your day with little but meaningful activities than to stuff and exaust yourself with busyness until relapse.

the time trap is also another thing that i notice, with the help of others. during the years, i have seen many brothers, and myself, relapse once meaningful times marks are achieved.

this means, that for any reason, the brain wants to "celebrate" those special ocasions. maybe because we use porn in the past for celebrate something, or maybe because the brain wants to decompress of the continuous effort he was doing. i don´t know. what it seems obvious is that the brain wants "something" to grab. so it´s better to celebrate those ocasions, in a proper way!! ;)

so look to your streak brothers, and see what are the milestones that you want to achive, or have more proud in achieving, make a mark there and plan a reward for it. you´ll need it ;)

Congratulations to our dear brother @archie.hill once again for destroying his ring!! :) We´re proud of you brother. May life bless you with all the good things :)

Checking out Fellowship!! Have a great day!! :)

    "First-
    HAVE A POWERFUL REASON

My biggest motivation was the birth of my daughter. I stopped just 2 weeks prior to her birth and I’ve never PM’d since she’s been with us.

    She was my powerful reason.

    Second-
QUITING IS YOUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY AND ALL THAT MATTERS

Every other focus or goal takes backseat and can be temporarily suspended if a PM (or PMO) urge strikes.

Addiction knows when you are tired or overwhelmed and your defenses are thus weakened. This is when it will attack.

in these moments, drop all other obligations or commitments and divert all of your energy and focus to abstinence.

When I needed to fortify my position and retreat to my stronghold, I played video games (old nes games on an emulator) until the urges went away. Simple. Same. Strategy. Everytime.

these moments are temporary and usually short lived.

Once the urge is gone, get back to responsibilities.

    THREE-
know that it gets easier and eventually you hardly ever think about it anymore.

I used these ideas to quit cigarette (21 years) and alcohol (7 years)

don’t let the simplicity fool you.

they are powerful and will work if used whole heartedly and consistently."

You know after I relapsed I was struck by a question.
I asked myself "What is my reason to live ",I didn't get an answer.

What's your reason to live , do you live a life or rather just exist.

Checking in. Lots of urges, fishing and fantasies. I'm entertaining very bad ideas in my head, and I need to find a way to center myself, get my mind on track so to speak. No time for exercise, meditation or qigong, I left my apartment at around 6 am and came shortly before 22 pm. Working, studying and hobbies take up almost all the time some days, and I feel that I should prioritise the reboot work more, as @archie.hill suggests in his advice. I just don't know exactly how yet.

    Checking in Fellowship friends!

Day 345 free of porn and day 273 free of MO.

The last 7 days have been filled with life's obstacles, but I have not entertained the thought of PMO or even distraction. I think overall, I have done a good job in managing myself, in spite of these challenges. Also, I'm feeling more energetic again. I think have achieved a new baseline with regards to my energy. I say this because it's been pretty consistent over the last 3-4 weeks, which I am quite happy about.

On a random note, in less than a months time I will be 30, I'm still not sure how I feel about that yet. I know it's silly, but it's been on my mind.

Anyway, here is just a quick reminder for everyone when it comes to obstacles. It is in moments of great hardship, that the greatest level of growth can be achieved. This is done by simply facing the situation and not by running away from it. Observe your knee-jerk reactions in the face of strife and correct them as needed. I compel you not to fear this hardship, do not resist it and walk through it mindfully. Your reward will not be immediate, but it will be worthwhile and lifelong.

    Stay strong fellowship!

Congratulations on reaching the big 90 again! You are helping us, well... me especially, to remain inspired and stronger! Food is weird eh? I am also trying to optimize the food intake, but always falling for sweets around which, of course, lower my mood health, but yeah, one step at a time!
    Congratulations once again!

Day 41! today was a rainy day and decided to take a break and just relax, sleep and not feel bad for stuff that I did not get to do, or did not put the time in to do. Trying to do the pull-ups that @Talz is engaged in really do a number on my back muscles, but nothing helps muscles more than break day combined with cold shower.
I got some rest that was followed by an urge, but got out of bed and continued enjoying the day and later, of course, a cold shower to remove any "comfort" thoughts that might follow in the state of laziness and the muscle pain.
Getting up in the morning still remains one of the biggest challenges recently.
