Seven weeks in it and I’m still as lazy as ever!

! Maybe it’s my age but I’m beginning to think that PMOing was really the only exercise I did!

Start small with exercise. It is so much easier to set a goal of doing a set of squats, push ups and pull ups or something with dumbbells or a short jog than expecting to go all out at once. When you get the routine going start adding things to it. One is never too old to start living a healthier life. I have heard of grandmas doing deadlifts who were 90 years old.

  3. Not knowing your current fitness level or stats, i would say if you have not been exercising in a while, then you'll want to start easy. Begin with a walk outside, each day making it a little bit longer. As time progresses you can maybe add a little bit of a run to it, or start resistance training (i.e dumbbells, resistance bands).

Nofap doesnt change if you’re lazy to begin with.

    This ^^^

It gets worse with the urges, legs being weak and having zero motivation at times. But you still have to get on with it - do the exercise, do the cardio, be active. It's only a person that motivates himself and not NoFap.

This is one of the bad sides of NoFap, people will think it fixes every issue in their lives. While pmo can make you have less energy, time and motivation to do stuff, NoFap won't magically make you more productive if you aren't making the conscious choice to do more productive things.

And hey, as a fellow lazy person I can tell you that you can get away with surprising amounts of laziness if you know how to manage your energy and work smart instead of hard.

Precisely. Getting rid of porn is one thing, but filling in the gap left behind requires discipline and motivation that you just have to find within yourself

The BIG problem is that Nofap aint a autofix to your lazyness, until you kill off your anxiety, you gotta set the stakes high, but also have ways to "recharge", if a Fapstronaut's resisting the urges 24/7, whats going to happen? You'll become lazier, you'll need meditation to recharge your determination meter everyday as well on top of the exercise, this needs to be preached more in the community, I always exercised for months on end on a consistent schedule, but what I really needed was a way to recharge my determination (or willpower) to get the streak going!

Well I actually rode my bike today and felt pretty good afterwards. I have to admit it seemed like a was channeling some bent up energy to my legs for awhile. So maybe there is something going on!

It helps body temperature too, Fapping tends to make one overheat, whereas nofap keeps you cool.
