Relapsed twice after 25 days streak

Make me just a single promise, for the sake of humanity (yeah ! Really.) , Don't take your relapse as an opportunity to fap more. Just that and I promise you will be fine.

 

La soledad es un tema grande a tratar, se supone en un Ser pleno es Libertad, pero para muchos (me incluyo) puede ser un sentimiento de perdida, y eso es porque No debemos estás con nosotros mismos, Soledad es la compañía de ti mismo, pero Si no puedo convivir conmigo mismo, Como espero que la persona ideal quiera estar conmigo ?
Creo personalmente que este camino es largo, y espinozo, pero que debemos de recorrer...

 

Focus on the clean days you have had, those did a lot of good for your healing that 2 days won't completely erase. So pick it up and continue building on the work you did quickly. Remember the chaser effect is strong and you can easily revert back to past activity, so focus on the good you did and try to keep it going.
