Hi Everyone
I am new to NoFap and I am trying to leave masterbatution and doing it since April 2020 . Actually when I became teenager I saw a hot scene in a movie then my d**k come forward and then I was scared about it then I pressed it inside and something came out and I felt relaxed later on I open youtube to watch hot scenes and masterbated eventually I started doing everyday by seeing porn on internet. And I also want you to tell that from 2-3 months I have not open any porn website but I masterbate by seeing sex scenes on youtube and by seeing my aunt as she have very big tits and she wears t shirt in day time and without a bra so I can see her full big boobs under the t shirt. I want to leave sexual urges so that i can leave masterbatution. Plz everyone support me. I pray to God that everyone like me will be able to come out from this problem.

Welcome to NoFap! Unfortunately, the sexual urges will never leave. I've found that out after years of hoping they'll go away. The difference is what we do or don't do when the urges come. Try to keep your gaze on your aunt's face rather than body when looking at her. If this is a frequent or everyday thing, maybe mention it to her that her showing that much body affects you the wrong way or just that you don't like looking at it. You don't have to tell her that it arouses you sexually. Sometimes family members don't think how they affect each other by what they don't cover up.
