    Day 1 again... But I have that day because I did I should know something off of YouTube for ending masturbation.

    Thanks all this really helped me dissolve many patterns... And have me a method for dissolving patterns, although he does go on for quite a while before the actual hypnosis, just use the +10 sec tool to get you to the hypnosis beginning...

    goodness gracious its been a minute sorry guys. I have not relapsed yet, to answer ur question @yrjyrj .. 21 days!!

    I've been hooked on a game called "New World" very popular in North America. It's really a lot of fun and hey, I would rather do this than pmo so good for me.

    I'll reply to everyone's comments later, i am kind of busy right now. Thanks guys. and keep it up everyone.
