I M'ed today- and there was nothing wrong that I did, I haven't viewed porn, and I believe I only PMO'ed somewhere 3-4 times in this year, and the times I did, were very brief because I stopped myself within about 5-10 minutes, and those experiences only reaffirmed why I quit it in the first place.

I haven't been saying alot on the forums in the past year, because I've been trying to focus on goals and working towards them, and not procrastinate.
Suffice to say, most times I've M'ed this year have been around sexual habits which I believe are subconsciously linked to my porn addiction trying to get me down the dark road again, and well, they just don't serve me well. That, and because I have goals to meet, is why I am here, to weed out the bad habits, focus on self improvement, and focus on building good habits. Good luck everyone.
