And the most horrible thing is that i relapse due to my insecurity and this the worst part after a long time I watch a naked online photo of a woman actually after 1,3 years
I feel terrible but I am just gonna keep going again and again until I complete this challenge and I have to face my insecurity for real this time

I am glad that the clocks were turned in Europe, this alowed me to wake up and hour earlier without any effort and this allows me to start MMA workouts from next week, because I will finish my work an hour earlier.

Today is Monday, Today is first day of this month, Today morning is first winter experience this season, Today is so cold outside. So, get ready to fight against your inner demon. This month is known as "No Nut November", it's a challenge where you can't PMO. So, get strict to follow these rules.
