I just relapsed again

    Hello guys,
    as the title already said I relapsed. In recent weeks I am really struggling to not give into urges.
    Every time I get an urge I come to the point of saying: "Screw it. I am just going to fap. Can't be that bad." I am not that guilty of it either but I really wish to get a better grip of life.
    I am currently in university and I am doing okay. I am determined to become more successful though and porn is really in my way of achieving my goals.
    I am really lazy because I am overstimulated and my momentum is really bad right now. I gained some weight again and let my workouts slip for the last couple of weeks. Second day with workout again. I also keep procrastinating on homework a lot.
    Furthermore I started to really see other girls at my university and old friends as sexual objects and had really awkward sexual thoughts about them (disgusting fetish stuff that I don't want to talk about here). This really freaks me out and makes me feel even more uncomfortable being around them. I already have social anxiety that I am trying to "cure".

    I now made a plan, where I scheduled my week roughly after how a day should look like for my sleep chronotype, Bear. Read into sleep chronotypes, it's really helpful.
    Furthermore I will try to actively change habits. I used to get unproductive after lunch and then fap. Now I will go for a walk after lunch. I mostly got urges when I was procrastinating and stressing out, now I am going to start doing something more productive such as research on crypto and to motivate myself I am going to treat myself with a piece of chocolate after being productive for 15min.
    I also made a plan for what to do when I get an urge:
    1. Turn your focus on a productive task
    2. Do push ups (at least 50, take short breaks if needed)
    3. Take a cold shower
    4. Muscle contraction exercise (first PC muscle, then stomach, chest and into your head)
    5. Meditate

    Anyways, I am really trying to get a new grip on my life. These changes and new habits are going to help me get on the tracks to a better life. I am going to be more productive in the future, actually follow my dreams and get stuff done. Wish me luck guys.

    what you wrote exactly describe what I'm going through.. and making a plan really helped me (though I'm still in my first week of nofap, but in the past I used to pmo almost daily)
