113 days no pmo after a heavy depression

    My long battle with porn goes back 5 years. In this period also I battled a heavy clinical depression. Before my depression I had a 150 days streak and it was amazing.I had a gf I felt the attraction.Now after the depression I have a 120 days streak and it is not quite the same.I don't feel that coolness I had before,the eye contact it is not the same.I am thinking does the anti-depressant drugs made me this way or is something else.I remember when I was depressed I didn't had interest in girls at all and also I fapped a lot.Now I don't take medicine anymore and I don't fap but will I be the same as before??? Please share your thoughts.

    you won't be the same as before, that's for sure. you traded naïvety for potential wisdom, maybe you'll be "stable" again, but a better version... probably ! the future will tell.

    Duuude..compared to me right now you are a shark.My longest streak was 24 days. I don’t even know what you are complaining about. You are doing well keep pushing.

    I think that after facing a adversity, you won't be the same, you'll be better. Nothing is forever.
    I started with PMO about 10 years ago, and I have about one hundred days without it, but I am passing through a hard time (very difficult time) wich feels worse then when in the past I reached about 40 days without PMO. But everything is possible.
