Just got home..

Unfortunately not. I avoid P and M for a long time, it happens just occasionally (once in a few months, a bit worse lately). But because of work I stopped with my mental hygiene, also stopped with a gym.. All in all, not really good.

Update of tonight...
I was with a girl, gor hard easily, out on a condom, started with an intercourse, but it was not really turning me on, I felt nothing and my penis dropped. She managed to get me up again (with a lot of effort), put on a new condom and then I finished with an O after 3-4 minutes. So, it was successful at the end, but not really how it should look like.
What worries me, I should meet another girl in a few days (not fwb like this one, potentially serious gf) and she really wants to have sex, but I'm affraid if I will be able to perform...

 

A loooong time without posting anything..
I met a girl.. She adores me, we have a great sex. I'm not strong like I've been before the addiction, but I can still satisfy her. And I function normally, finally!
I got rid of porn completely, my only orgasms are with my girlfriend (of 8 months now). I feel good and Im so happy that it works.

Today I relapsed for some reason. It was quick, but it was with porn (hardcore transwoman porn), after who knows how much time.. Hope it will not hurt me. Mut it reminded me to come back here and write this post.

 

Still with my girl of 1 year now. We have issues in a relationship, not sure will it last. But sex is still great. I just discovered she has some weird porn taste.. hentai with aliens..
It didnt scare me considering the path I went through.
