    There is the gym. There is going to the pool. There are jacuzzis. There is meditation. There is going to the store and buying a juicer and making some carrot juice or some orange/grapefruit juice. There is listening to music. There is studying religion.

    the craving to PMO can eventually go away. It wasn’t until I really began to notice the harmful effects on my mind and body of porn/masturbation that it became much easier to stop.
