    So i was doing great in nofap. I had 7ish days on my counter and didnt have any urges. I had contact with a girl who eventually gave me a veryy good blowjob. (I also orgasmed)
    The day after was nothing special, but the 2nd day my urges came back and i almost relapsed. That same night the girl came again and gave me a handjob from wich i too orgasmed.
    After that i realised my mistake, my brain was fried again and my urges came back stronger than before.
