you might have low testosterone. do you exercise and diet?

 

are you on antidepressants or any medication? some can cause loss of sex drive (though you can still have sex with your girlfriend + you have no urge to fap or watch porn - people on this site would probably kill to be in your situation).

 

why, are you planning on cheating on her or something?

 

Truth be told, I used to have pied, healed it with one girl and when we split and I got new gf, I had pied for a while as well.. the more girls I had in my life, the less issues I had until I was able to have sex on a 1st try with any new GF

I think this site could do with more advice about the second half of rebooting, i.e. connecting to partners and getting used to healthy sex again.

 

Agreed, NoFap tends to focus just on abstaining from porn (and sometimes sex) for immediate recovery, but not so much on rewiring or long term recovery.

I totally had the same thing. After my first reboot and rewire I pretty much only got erect or aroused when my girlfriend was around and sex was about to happen. Super normal. It's just how you've conditioned your mind: you only get pleasure from your girlfriend, so you're not going to get aroused by anything else.

I was like this pretty much the entire time i dated my first girlfriend. Morning woods were occasional, but arousal was strictly limited to when she wanted to bang. Super normal, don't worry at all

 

Consider yourself lucky, I can't get hard with anyone. Sadly, its actually easier for me to get hard if a girl fucks someone else and she either tells me all about it or would let me watch. Thanks to years of PMO, I'm now more turned on by and used to watching or hearing about a girl having sex with another guy compared to me being an active participant and having sex with her myself.

 

I believe getting a loving partner who would take it slow with you - meaning she would wait month or two for u to rewire to her in bed while you strugle to get any kind of erection - would heal you.

Thats what I went thru. But that was AFTER my major streaks and huge work on myself. She came as a reward for that

 

For whom or what other occasion do you really need to get an erection? Getting an erection for your girlfriend - Wasn't that the point?
