I am home a lot, I work a part-time job (outside of work with a mask on), and am trying to study web development but due to the stress of the work, I put it off constantly and tend to procrastinate on it. My mind can't handle the stress of the work when it becomes overwhelming, yet the porn I jerk off to "heal" the stress really is harming my pornfree/NoFap progress.

I don't really see anyone during COVID (I live with older people) and I refuse to go to a gym during COVID. I live in a carpeted upstairs apartment, but can't really do strenuous exercise that would get me in trouble because banging on the floor due to jumping jacks would make for some angry downstairs neighbors. I also only have access to 5 pound freeweights. My apartment isn't a gymnasium. I'm limited here when it comes to certain exercises. I can do outside brisk walks, though but that's limiting. I am also desensitized from porn, so I have no libido and get major brain fog.

I feel sort of lost in terms of habit changes going into my mental health and pornography recovery.

  2. You will stay away from PMO when your reason to quit is something higher then yourself. As for working out the world is your playground my friend, look into calisthenics and start working out outdoors, also for stress look into ashwagandha, seriously works wonders.

    Get outside and exercise.

  4. Presuming your porn habit is electronic, as most of ours are now, have you thought about limiting internet usage in general. Do you find yourself browsing bored etc? If you limit your internet time only to specific things that you need to do, and nothing else until they're done you might find some success.

Talking to a professional mental health therapist and doctor helped me the most when it comes to less urges among other mental things.
