It's a community that encourages individuals in overcoming PMO for people that have realized that it's interfering with their lives. A great aspect of it is that you are subject to accountability if you are honest with yourself and there is a positive support to keep at it even if you relapse.

You use it as much or as little as you want, and can simply read others' progress or share your own.
