You can create your own system of recovery and decide what is a relapse and what isn't. Relapses shouldn't be the thing of focus though. Ask yourself why were you looking at sexy tiktoks and then take a decision to not do that, either by deleteing tiktok or whatever social medi you saw it on, or by any other means

 

Only you can truly know if you relapsed. I don't see how those videos will help in your recovery. I imagine they are stepping stones back to your old habits.

 

In my book this is considered a relapse because you know that this fuels the fire inside and makes you want more. And as we know little isn't enough and more is never enough either. You will never be satisfied with a selfish ideology of sexualizing women you are not in a intimate relationship with. This goes against healing your brain. You won't ever learn true intimacy by objectifying women. I suggest deleting this tiktok crap before it turns into you binging on the hard stuff.
