As usual...

  1. It is always after I relapse when my brain suddenly wakes up and tells me off for relapsing. All of a sudden I question why I did not stay strong and focused on other things instead of PMO.

    Once we feed our urge then the voice of reason shows up. STRANGE right?

  2. That’s why “willpower” alone isn’t enough. Just like alcoholics or drug addicts the PMO addict will always find a way to justify use. Then the
    Denial
    Anger
    Sadness
    Acceptance cycle happens and 2-3 weeks later when the libido reaches peak it starts all over.

    There has to be an independent accountability program put into place or it really is just “white knuckling” it over and over again. There’s a reason it’s called that you know it’s cause it’s so volatile and hard to get through that way.

    My system goes like this:
    -Build a schedule/routine
    - Find someone who you can confide in
    - Create a punishment system (one that really matters) for when you fail
    - check diet
    - check exercise for the week
    - Create instead of fapping
    -Log onto NoFAP frequently
    -Pray often.

    I’m still not healed. I’m still struggling weekly. It’s been 6 years here.
    But ive seen progress and that’s enough for me to keep going. I was addicted for… 12-15years? So 6 healing is half what I spent creating this addiction.

  4. Hey there, I have noticed you are writing in spanish to everyone. I think the majority of who you comment on are english speaking. I would humbly advise you to google translate to English and then post it. It would be very helpful to understand what you are saying. Thank you
