It happens. Don't let it be a bigger issue than it is, its just a way some people find a bit more motivating as there are other people doing it with them and such. But if you only failed today, you still got the rest of the month to do better, and honestly all that matters is your own personal improvement. Like i told someone earlier, streaks aren't the only thing that are important, how often you're pmo'ing counts too. You're trying your best i'm sure, and you'll do better.

 

I doubt only these fellas are the reason NNN exists. Plus it is a good challenge start for people who really want to change for the better I think. This also serves as a motivator.
There's also a plus in this joke tbh because if someone really goes through the month and realizes the change he may still be on the path. You never know.

Let me clear it, we all do things /activities, they may seem stupid to some people but what matters is the intention. I am doing it so that I can leave porn and have real sex someday. You won't believe but I really have like 0 self confidence, no relationship till now, I even used to think maybe it's because I am stupid or not attractive but I just finished my med school, ironic right? People tell me I am smart and attractive but this porn addiction just rusted some screws which I am oblivious to and I don't know, women tell me I am attractive but I just feel like crap, I am doing this so that I can finally give ip porn and switch to having real sex forever. It's the intention that matters because of that's pure even something stupid like having oats in the morning seems pertinent if your intention is dieting, right?
