    Guys 3rd day going strong. When I come here talking all happy and positive is not because that's the only way I feel during this challenge, don't get me wrong I have to deal with urges, sadness and sometimes anxiety just like all of us. But the only reason I speak with that much of a positivity vibe in this forum is to show you why is it worth it to keep on going because sometimes we tend to forget. So guys never stop trying, yesterday I went running listening to Ella Fitzgerald on my headphones and it was amazing. I felt a moment of bliss in my life that I will take on forward with me whenever I feel like masturbating.

    Day 0.
    I was in real despair yesterday , to avoid my problems I binged. These days I m confronting my problems head on and that’s making me very very uncomfortable and yesterday I lost all my willpower I just wanted to escape and feel good and PMO is how I coped with my problems and that made me feel sick. I started journaling yesterday midnight, and I could see all my problem as it is. I feel much better now , because I know how to deal with my problems. Today I feel much better and motivated to get my things done.

    Guys keep going! We can do this!!!!!

    Don’t get too down my friend. What streak were you on? And out of interest whats a binge to you? 10 minutes? An hour? - I also failed yesterday, after peeking for a while I finally broke. The worst mistake anyone trying to eliminate pmo from their life can make, is to believe you can edge and not pmo.. EDGING / PEEKING WILL LEAD TO AN EVENTUAL PMO.

    starting a new streak today. My next few days and nights are quite busy. I’m hoping this helps

    I also have a question if anyone in this thread could give me an opinion..

    Would doing M to the point of O without P say for a week be very harmful? I worry my dopamine is too hard wired to completely stop all three and believe maybe attempting to stop watching P over a short period of time before completely stopping PMO would be more attainable?

    good washing, but doing something in life without P, life becomes more attractive
    Of course, you should never blame yourself. I would recommend doing a cold shower when it's sad too. helps
    You can try, but I think your mind leads you around your finger. The mind is playing with you. because this gives dopamine and at some point will trigger for viewing P.

    @Barbel I also think the same about quitting P before attempting NO PMO. But read from various sources that NO pmo hardmode is the best way to recover, that’s why I’m sticking to it.

    @stanislavKhass Cold shower is wonderful man ,I love it. I always wonder why don’t we get the same effect throughout the winter season ?

    The past days of the streak have all been going well.today I had a few urges and actually made very small sort of a peek.so I just thought of resetting my counter today.been traveling yesterday and will return home in 2 more days.that will help in my streak I suppose.i haven't been studying that well but then too am able to get good grades due to what I have already studied or learnt.so I should improve on that aspect.the other things are going well.like my habits of meditation and reading have been consistent.also I have been kinda procrastinating these days either wasting my time on YouTube or some other thing.hope you all have been doing well.will try journalling regularly from next week.

    Day 0- Just relapsed and opened tabs with all of my favorite porn videos to watch in order of how I like them. Cummed, and filled with instant regret. I will start my 30 days streak today and go to December 11th, once that day is over, then the challenge will be complete. My main goal for this is to get past 3-6 days, when the need to masturbate becomes unbearable and where most of my motivated streaks fail. Once I get past 6 days, I will be in uncharted territory as I have never been that far before. Wish me luck!

    22 day reboot. what is the most unpleasant thing when we watch P.? or get O? The body releases a huge amount of energy in the body for pleasure. Waste great resources of the body on empty pleasure

    I use to watch p and o completely unaware of the effects it was having on my dopamine - I was a zombie. I use to think I was moody, grumpy and a pessimist and that’s just who I was. Until I realised that’s how the p was making me. I remember on my longest streak of 21 days how optimistic and talkative I became. For me, the worst part of watching P now.. is how guilty I feel even when watching it, the whole experience is now very depressing
