Cant say for sure, but I would imagine what men perceive as women finding them more attractive is just them presenting themselves in a more confident way. Either way, NoFap helps a lot in different areas of your life!

 

Does NoFap physically make you more attractive? I don't think so. From my experience what I have found is when I am watching porn I find less of interest in people and don't want to be around them. When I am doing NoFap, I find myself more outgoing and engaging with people. This has led to more conversations with women but I believe it's more because of my mental change more then any physical change.

 

I made a post about this before and the answer is yes, but this is not for some magical reasons, it has to do with how much better you feel without PMO, your attitude is better, you start loving life again, you start smiling more, people notice that stuff and those things is what makes people more attracted to you.

 

Do you become more attractive with NoFap? I think so.

But in essence the word attractiveness is a very broad term. What do you mean by this? Will women walk up to you and chat you up? Will women notice you much more often? I can say from personal experience that my eye contact with girls in NoFap has seriously improved and I really enjoy getting noticed by some women. Another way of defining attractiveness could be to say they will find you more pretty and well, that is up for discussion.

 

Only problem is it doesn't boost confidence or cause you to be less shy around women.

My confidence is slightly growing but I don't feel any less shy around women.

If you obsess about being more attractive and doing nofap just to maybe become more attractive I'm not sure you're gonna be very successful man.
