I truly and angry and hate pmo to the bottom of my being. it robbed me of so much time that I will never get back, opportunities lost, relationships amiss.
Since October 2019 Ive been fighting seriously, last year 2020 wasn't that great, but I till made progress in a lot of areas pf my life. 2021 has been very growth oriented. Since June 2021 Ive started taking nofap and semen retention seriously and while I have fallen since than, Ive learned a lot about my self and gotten much stronger and better overall.

We cant go back and start over, but we can start now and create a brand new ending!!

 

As angry as I want to be, the rage is directed at myself because I made the decision to partake in it at the end of the day, even if I was ignorant of its psychological rewiring. I made the decision to consume all the degenerate material and waste my time on it. However, I have an extremely low opinion of those who produce it and the "stigma" they complain about is justified. I think it should be far more severe, but I'm just one coomer without public influence.

i am not angry at porn... i think it's good think by principle people have that freedom. freedom is necessary in order to make mistake and learn... i think it's stupid and almost useless though.

 

Fuck porn forever. Death to it. Its aim is to only destroy people's lives. We all need to break free from this crap. I can finally say I'm free from it since yesterday because I'm so fed up with this bullshit that I will never go back into it again from now on.

 

Anger isn't an emotion I like to indulge in often, it just feels negative and unproductive. I'm the one that made the unintentional decision after decision after decision to use it, to the point where its negatively affected my life. Admitting that i enjoy porn but its not good for me and being compassionate to myself about my past is what helps me. With that being said, I can completely understand frustration and anger surrounding this issue, whether its towards porn or the self or something else altogether. If it works for some that's great, its good to productively channel emotions and be in touch with them.

 

More annoyed at myself that I have a problem with it than porn itself. Although I do think it should be way harder to find and view porn.

Im Angry that this Stuff was available everywhere around me. My Life would have been another one than it is right now...

The way I see it - it's not budweiser's fault someone is an alcoholic. Nor is it the grocery store's fault because they sell it.

 

Alcohol is regulated quite heavily. There are warnings everywhere that it is bad for you and it is common knowledge what it does to you when drunk to excess. Meanwhile, online porn is a wild wasteland where some random kid can google "big boob" and fall down a rabbit hole where they end up watching some gross sadist shit. And beyond parental supervision, there is nothing to stop them doing this. Because the internet is so young still, many older people still dont fully understand what the big deal is, because they cannot envision that online porn is a totally different beast from old Playboy mags or dirty VHS tapes. On top of this even, the mainstream consensus is that PMO is not only fine, but HEALTHY.

So yeah, I don't think comparing it to alcohol really works out. A better example would be cigarettes, specifically during the time when everyone thought (with the approval of biased doctors) that smoking was good for you.

 

I used to hate porn, but than i realized it's like getting angry on the bacteria and germs. they are everywhere, they might get me sick with the flu, i can't really do anything to destroy the bacteria, so i might as well wash my hands and pray for the best.

Porn is everywhere, nudity is more cheap to access than water, how can you be angry at this ? it's useless.
