I'd say its still in the same ballpark just because your mind is probably not concerned that its someone you know or have a relationship with. The association might be different, but its a woman on a screen you're jerking off to at the end of the day so this seems like walking on a tightrope. With that being said, getting off to your girl is probably still better than actual porn, and no one can really tell you how its affecting you except you. Do you feel urges to go to porn while getting off to her nudes, or afterwards? Do you feel less motivated to do the other things you wanna do? I guess in general, do you feel like its taking you away from the reason you're doing pmo?

 

Are you in a long-distance relationship and can't see each other or why do you prefer a picture on a screen to the original in real life?

 

Odd as it may sound, it actually does make you less attracted or less able to perform with her. I sexted an ex a lot, and found I was better able to get erections/“lose them” through that than when I was physically with her.
