[3-CHALLENGE] THE THREE DAYS CHALLENGE !

Relaped Heavily after 45 days.
Cognitive capacity affected. Couldn't focus on study, forget absorbing the material. I don't think I'll be able to operate normally until next few weeks. I had atleast 5 ejaculatory sessions to pornography.
I can't let this relapse come btw my work, I'm gonna revise what I studied these past 45 days, while my body restores to equilibrium again. Post that I can continue where I've left.

This time I'm relying. I know it's mandate I remain abstained throughout my learning stage, and when I relapse, my whole work will get halted, until I build up significant streak of at least 21 days and above. If I'm to finish what I've undertaken, I will have to stay abstained. there's no other way.
