About to hit 28 days... Every time I get an urge, I check out this chat, along with others, just to remind myself that I'm not alone in this fight. S/O to the people in this group that's kept me grounded. Appreciate y'all ✊

1.Always thank you for this place, this forum.
    2. From time to time I study how the brain works on the site of Gary Wilson. - it is very important to understand where and how the urge arises, for me
    3. The first month spent 1 hour on simple physical exercises, doing them every hour for 10 minutes. 6-7 times, pushing away from fatigue. Running in place for example. you can find a bunch of videos in youtube.
    4. Cold shower - when sad, when there is an urge

today was the first reboot day. Last night I dreamed of a frank scene, but I did not have a night fall. Probably the first time in 3 months. So everything is going well. The brain is re-adapting

2 day reboot! My goal is to teach my brain new skills. The experience with P. gave me a good example, that if I did it all the time, then my brain learned. I will teach something more useful thank you all for your concern!

Day 4/30 (by 19:00 tonight). Had a day off, felt quite irritable and probably overreacted with my manager (via email) to being paid incorrectly. I had a dream last night that I’d failed and looked at P. I felt bad in the dream but was delighted when I awoke to find it was just that, a dream! Keep going guys!

I think that’s a good tactic, I’ve found recently if a dodgy thought pops into my head related to my addiction, I shut it down immediately and don’t let it grow, I’ve found dwelling on it and the sensations associated with it risks giving it some life. I shut it down by saying NO in my mind and immediately doing something that distracts me and then a few minutes later it’s gone.

I'm glad I could be helpful! Yes, it's important to retrain your brain. To understand that a simple waste of energy does not see anything. The complete form of such examples.
It's good that it was a dream. For the first month, I especially dreamed a lot about P. in a dream. Now this happens much less often. Probably the mind continues to dream of the forbidden
Today is the 4th day of the reboot! I'm glad everything is so good! I am glad that I am becoming more and more free from this. Thank you guys that we are moving together - it's very valuable!

5th day of reboot. Motivation is what you need to develop in life. This is what P M O takes. Motivation is very important for action in life.Revelation honored me yesterday

    Day 0. Slipped.

    Nice insight.

I think motivation is the thing PMO takes away from us.

Yes it does, but keep trying. I saw a video recently which suggests that most people relapse between days 4-7 because it’s at this point that the brain starts to realise that something is different i.e it’s not getting it’s usual stimulation. I’m on Day 6 today so am in that zone myself, if you can persist for a week it should then start to get easier.
