Day 8 still pushing hard.Last couple of days were weird.Like 3 days ago I had like very strong depression and today i feel great idk why.Almost feeling good as when I first got the “superpowers” maybe it will continue to get even better over time if thats the case I am very happy.

Checking in Day 9- This is by far my easiest streak. Now when the urges come I just 'observe' them and let go. Also, because 90% of my relapses occur from 10 pm onwards, I made the decision to stop using my devices at 10pm and head to sleep. I also have a relapse prevention plan that has both active and passive elements that I review daily. In addition, renewed my zeal to study toxic shame which is at the root of my addiction. Root out toxic shame and my addiction dies a natural death. My last relapse took a major toll on me. I relapsed on my birthday on November 9th and the subsequent day on 10th. There and then I decided that I am not going to live my 36th year with this addiction. I wrote down a vow that I am not going to PMO ever again and that is that. F**K PMO!

Boy my confidence level is sky rocket, woman is not fear me again, like i dont have that sex predator aura anymore, i can talk to em like a normal person

I wish i can say that porn is stupid i never watch porn again , fuck this shit etc etc but deep inside i knew that in order to keep this benefit i must work hard again especially in flat line phase which ussually come after this benefit phase
