Dull pain in right side of scrotum

hello iam new to the nofap community, i have read many topics here and seen how helpful people are to each other so i decided to post a topic here in hopes of getting help

about a month ago i went to the doctor as i started having pain in the right side of my scrotum and or right testicle itself, i dont know where the pain originates from. i started googling and got very scared reading about testicle cancer, testicle torsion and so on, so i went to the doctor after a week of having a dull ache and sometimes even sharp pain in right abdomen and on certain occasions also left side instead. the doctor said through manual checking that i am fine and when i said about the pain he said it could be from cramps, i told him the right testicle was acting at weird angles in my scrotum but he said that is ok, he said, but ur right testis moves a lot but is not an issue. i asked him if i have testicle torsion he said no. he said we will do a variocele scan test to be sure. the test said i dont have variocele, i dont have testicle cancer and i dont have hydrocele and normal size testicles. all fine and he said i dont need any medicines. he asked me if i masturbate i said yes, he said how often, i said every day and even twice a day sometimes. he said this is too much, do u have too much sexual urges i said yes, he asked if i watched porn and i said yes so he said its unethical and i should stop it, also to maximum masturbate twice a week and if i masturbate i must ejaculate. when i searched about it i learned about edging and that ihave been doing it for a long time and for hours upon hours each day and shamefully so.

after visiting doctor i had the pain in testicle right side like 2 days in the week but then it faded, i was scared to masturbate while i had aches. then i went back and probably worse. i am stupid for that but i cant change the past. now over a month later the ache returns and i am scared. i dont see any large vains at least from what i read and i dont know what to do now. should i go doctor again ? but last time when i had the pain they said its nothing even with the scan test it said im fine.. i am confused
so please any tips


also i want to stop masturbation and porn. i started masturbation at age 12 and it was never an addiction till few years ago, at least i didnt realize. and especially this year i started edging a lot, the term that i just heard about. every night in stead of sleeping i would watch hours after hours and dont orgasm till long time. or even dont orgasm at all.

i want to stop for reasons:
1. i fear this pain is from masturbation
2. i have too sexual mind from porn
3. waste too much time from watching porn

i stopped 2 days ago, the first day i didnt watch any porn and no masturbation. today too, but i saw some adult content that got me hard for a little bit, but no masturbation. how long does it take to stop this addiction, and any tips on the road thank u, but espcially thanks u if any can help with my uncomfirtable pain in right part of scrotum issue, have nice day all

 

while rechecking my ultrasonography test result, it actually does not say they checked for lumps or testicle cancer

it says for left testis and epididymis and right testis and epididymis that there is no evidence of varicocele (with valsava or standing position) on either side, no evidence of hydrocele on either side anf no inflammatory changes in either side. also no inguinal or fermoral hernia identified. i dont see anything about testicle cancer.

Is there a separate test for that ? the pain i feel is in the right side of the scrotum, not sure exactly where, sometimes tingly sensation, other than just dull ache. but its not the whole day which is weird. i dont feel any lumps i think at least.. i feel on the under side of the testicle like a tube or something dont know how to say it in english, maybe i should go again ? has the doctor not seen this while doing manual checking perhaps, because he separated the testicles and checked in between and said i was fine. i did not mention testicle cancer to him only that i suspected testicle torsion

sometimes i feel that if the testicle hits a certain area that ache begins, or if a touch it a wrong way, or this could be from my fears i have no idea

 

i think the pain is coming from the epididymis itself, not the testicle or scrotum. the reason i think so, is because i can feel a sharper (but not harsh, just harsher than without touching) pain when i touch somewhere near the under side of the testicle of the right side. first i thought this is testicle cancer lump but i searched on google if there is a tube below the testicle (this is what i felt and described) and it shows epididimys in the picture (i hope there is no cancer)

on the internet it says acute epididymis is when u experience certain symptoms there for less than 6 weeks and if its longer then its critical epididymis but i dont fit all symptons and it says most cases are from sexually transmitted infections and i havent had any sex yet so i am not sure what is my case. But it also says its common to have hydrococele when u have this problem but in my scan result it says i dont have hydrococele in either side so i am confused.

also this pain went away last month now its back since 5 days, so im not sure if this counts because its not 6 weeks in a row, it comes, stays for abit, then goes. last time i went to the doctor when the pain stayed for 1.5 weeks, then it went away, came back for 2 days, then stopped for a month.

and as i said in my last post the doctor said my right testicle moves a lot but not any problem for doing so, but maybe if my epididymis is healthy but it maybe gets ache when the testicle keeps hitting it or so ? due to much movement from the testicle ? what is ur guess/opinion ?

lastly this problem is while masturbation and while I do NoFap. I am scared to death of any surgery. any tips please fellow members
