Nofap is a booster not a magic pill for every problem you have. Strength and stamina is build up by healthy habits and discipline. If you do nofap it helps to have extra energy and to be more disciplined. It's a feedback, discipline is nourished by nofap and the healthy discipline lifestyle makes nofap easier.

It depends on the amount of abuse and your natural energy levels but for what you say it looks like a long road probably a year or more.

 

Try and talk to a counsellor or a health professional. Other factors can contribute to this such as smoking. I’ve seen a video on someone having the same issue and took 2-3 months to get his erections back. When your erections come back save it for when your having sex, take this as a lesson and quit porn for good. We know you can do this.

I just had my first streak of 33 days and I relapsed just today. I think for now the best deal for me would be just to keep away from porn and masturbation and eliminate orgasm only during sex.
