Heading towards a bad route, please advice, very urgent

    I had an amazing 104 day streak it was amazing i felt benefits but i had severe urges and relapsed yesterday to a picture, today i also got serious urges and opened up a porn site, i didn't spent alot of time i just wanted to get rid of the urge, right before relapsing, i somehow convinced myself to close the browser at once but eventually still relapsed to a picture, this is very scary how quickly it escelated in just two days, the urges felt harder than in the streak, its like when the urge hits there is no discipline, no willpower, just end your urge right away, i feel scared and don't want to go back to who i was, i was a pathetic, weak person who didn't have any life goals, that's not me anymore, i don't know what to do please i need some advice or engouragement

    Remind yourself of why you’re doing this and ask yourself if you really want it. If you made it this far it sounds like you do really want to make it. Grab on to the desire to be free and don’t let go.

    Once you break a streak your body will want to crave more and go back to your previous rhythm. DONT FEED THE ENEMY, the fact you went 100+ days shows u a warrior. Get back up and continue to fight champ ! Dont run away from your fears , fight it head on and take it down

    I believe what's happening with you as happens with alot of people who relapse is similar to what happens to fat people who're overweight, once they come off their diet they gain all the weight back and then some in a short time

    The reason is because they never made long lasting changes, they didn't change their relationship to food, they didn't make it into something they can stick to.

    To keep the weight off you have to make it into a lifestyle, we treat nofap as a diet and that's why binges happen, we need to treat it as a lifestyle.

    You need to make nofap more enjoyable than pmo, that's how you're going to stick to it long term.

    That's my theory after relapsing on day 84 then realizing I was the exact same person as I was before.

    We need to change on a fundamental level.

  6. You need to stop greasing the waterslides and keep reminding yourself why you decided to stop. Find a hobby that you really enjoy and do that instead. Or focus on achieving any big goals in life that you may have.
