So a hot Latina woman asked me out today but I refused her. How can I embarras myself ? Pmo reduced my penis size, my penis doesn't get fully erect, pied, pe, I have all the side effects. In short, I can't have sex. And I feel so fucking bad that I lost a wonderful opportunity because I can't have set cuz of PMO

Start to fix it! Stop PMO for a while, then see a doctor. All of these problems can be fixed, but we have to work hard, really hard

  4. I think true intimacy with another person is sharing weaknesses and total transparency.
Why do we have to prove our "manhood" to anyone?
The sex act should be a product of a cultivated relationship of trust with someone, not this non emotional selfish act of desire just for the sake of temporary satisfaction.

  6. Whats up warrior, you haven't posted in a while. Your avatar is far out...I actually sort of meditate on it sometimes, it has a powerful effect.

  7. This is really sad and I'm in the same situation. Its a feeling only someone can describe who's stuck in it.
    How do we fix this?!

I return to this thread because I am in a similar situation and can relate, however, I want to tell the OP that he hasn’t been destroyed but rather disabled.
Some people will regain all of their “ability” and even improve; while others will have to learn to adapt.
So really no one can be destroyed by their addiction to pmo.
We can all learn to live and love again <3

Well for one, be kind to yourself. Our first impulse is always to criticise ourselves and say negative things about how we messed up. Which is funny because if your friend was telling you this, you most likely would comfort him and tell him not to be so hard on himself. Show yourself that same kindness and patience. It's okay man, it won't always be like this. You're showing mad courage just by sharing the story and being honest about how it affects you and makes you feel. The fact that you could do that, I believe you can over come it and we got your back
